Yu Sato joined Integral Corporation in April 2025.
Prior to that, he worked at KPMG FAS, where he engaged in M&A advisory services, including deal execution, valuation, and financial modeling for both domestic and cross-border transactions. Before joining KPMG FAS, he worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, engaging in statutory and internal control audits. Earlier in his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, he served as a retail sales representative at The 77 Bank, Ltd.
He holds a B.A. in Commerce from Chuo University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Taro Tanaka joined Integral Corporation in April 2025.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Nomura Securities where he engaged in M&A advisory services in various sectors, including Real Estate, Financial and General Industries. Before joining Nomura Securities, he worked at Mitsubishi Corporation.
He holds a B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.

Yuan Gao joined Integral Corporation in January 2025. Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he was involved in digital transformation project management for the construction industry at a construction tech startup. Before joining the startup, he worked at Sumitomo Corporation where he was mainly engaged in overseas subsidiary support and M&A activities in the construction machinery business. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in International Social Sciences from the University of Tsukuba.

Shunsuke Toriya joined Integral Corporation in April 2024.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Itochu Corporation where he primarily engaged in investment, managing related companies, and new business development in Metal & Mineral Resources and Information Technology sectors. When he was seconded to the related company, he was also in charge of new business development and business promotion.
He received a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Keio University.
