Takeshi Suita joined Integral Corporation in June 2023. Prior to Integral Corporation, he was engaged in M&A advisory services in various domestic and cross-border M&A transactions at PwC Advisory. Before joining PwC, he was with Deloitte, where he was involved in statutory audit, internal control audit, IPO advisory service, and Financial DD.
He received an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a B.A. in Environmental Information from Keio University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ryo Satake joined Integral Corporation in January 2023.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Itochu Corporation where he primarily engaged in monitoring affiliate companies and new business development in the automotive sector. When he was transferred to affiliate companies in Japan and Vietnam, he was in charge of making business plans in the corporate planning department.
He received a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Keio University.

Shiori Nihei joined Integral Corporation in September 2022.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, she was a lawyer at Oh-ebashi LPC & Partners. As a lawyer, she mainly dealt with business reorganization cases and M&A cases.
She holds a bachelor’s degree and a juris doctor’s degree from Kyoto University.

Hiroki Kobayashi joined Integral Corporation in April 2017.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he was a professional soccer player at Kitsap Pumas SC in Washington, US. He also was a player and an officer in corporate planning division for Fujieda MYFC, a professional soccer team in J-League 3.
Hiroki Kobayashi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics in Statistics from Harvard College.
