Yusuke Aikawa joined Integral Corporation in January 2024.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Greenhill & Co. from 2021.
He was engaged in M&A advisory service in various sectors such as healthcare, human resources and chemical, and involved in many cross border deals.
Prior to joining Greenhill & Co., he primarily engaged in portfolio company management and new business development including M&A at Mitsubishi Corporation from 2018.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Keio University.

Ryotaro Matsui joined Integral Corporation in January 2024.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he was a Senior Associate at Nomura Securities where he focused on M&A advisory services in IT, electronics, retail and service sectors.
He holds a B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.

Hidenori Miyamoto joined Integral Corporation in August 2023.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he was a strategy consultant at Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. He was mainly engaged in strategy planning in various industries such as infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy, or food & beverage industries as well as principal investment in PFI projects for domestic airports, and turn-around management for a local conglomerate company, from 2015.
He holds an MBA from London Business School, and a Bachelor and a Master of Micro Engineering from Kyoto University.

Yukimasa Moriya joined Integral Corporation in July 2023.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Unison Capital where he engaged in execution of new investment and management support under COVID situation for portfolio company. And then, became independent from the investment team and joined the portfolio company management team to focus on hands-on support under COVID. Before joining Unison Capital, he worked at Roland Berger, in which he engaged in BDD for Private Equity fund and mid-term strategy planning with execution for manufacturing company.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Science Engineering from Waseda University.

Kouki Kobashi joined Integral Corporation in July 2023.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked for Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Americas Division, and engaged in strategic planning. Before that, he worked for SMBC Nikko Securities from 2016, where he was engaged in M&A advisory and financial solution services in FIG sector. Prior to joining SMBC Nikko Securities, he worked at SMBC and engaged in SME financing.
He holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Tokyo.
