Prior to joining Integral, he was with Mizuho Securities, where he was responsible for financial sponsor coverage, including the origination and execution of M&As as well as IPOs for private equity clients.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at the Norinchukin Bank, serving as a loan officer and risk manager at both the Tokyo head office and the London branch.
He received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Doshisha University.

Tsuyoshi Endo joined Integral Corporation in July 2025. Prior to that, he was involved in M&A advisory and private equity investments at Mitsubishi Corporation. In 2023, he was seconded to One Rock Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, where he worked on a variety of mid-cap M&A transactions across North America and Europe.
He holds a B.A. in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University

Yasunobu Shiji joined Integral Corporation in July 2025.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he was a Vice President in Corporate Planning Division at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and MUFG Bank. He was mainly engaged in the corporate culture transformation project. Before that, he worked at MUFG Bank New Delhi Branch in India and worked on strategic planning.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, and a B.A. in Environment and Information Studies from Keio University.

Kento Matsuzaki joined Integral Corporation in May 2025.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Houlihan Lokey (previously GCA) where he engaged in M&A advisory services in various sectors, including food & beverage, retail, foodservice and apparel industries.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he was investment analyst covering food & beverage industry at Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management Company (previously Daiwa SB Investments).
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
