Makoto Ishimine joined Integral Corporation in March 2021.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at Marunouchi Capital and was involved in all aspects of private equity investment process including deal origination, due diligence, transaction execution and post-investment portfolio management.
Before joining Marunouchi Capital, he worked in merchant banking department of Mitsubishi Corporation.
From 2014, he was seconded to One Rock Capital Partners, LLC, a New York based private equity firm, and involved with various mid-cap M&A deals in North America.
He started his career at Mitsubishi Corporation in 2010 and was in charge of supporting real estate fund management companies such as Diamond Realty Management Inc. and Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc. as well as managing and monitoring fund portfolios in Asian real estate.
Makoto Ishimine holds a B.A. in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University

Ryuhei Kondo joined Integral Corporation in June 2020.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked at FUJIFILM Corporation where he was engaged in M&A, post merger integration, startup investment and business development in medical device, regenerative medicine and semiconductor industries.
He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Keio University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the US.

Munehiro Nomura joined Integral Corporation in October 2022.
Prior to joining Integral, he was with SoftBank Investment Advisers (SoftBank Vision Fund) where he was involved in tech-driven growth equity for the Japan opportunities.
He was also previously a member of Integral and an investment banker at Mizuho Securities for the financial sponsor and a telecom conglomerate, where he focused on M&A and financing advisory.
Munehiro Nomura graduated from the University of Tokyo with a BS and MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics. He received his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Daisuke Ito joined Integral Corporation in July 2018. Prior to joining Integral Corporation, He was engaged in a financial advisory business at Deloitte where he advised cross-border M&A transactions in various industries, focusing on valuation and financial modeling.
Before joining Deloitte in 2013, Daisuke worked at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the bilateral development bank under the Government of Japan, in which he was engaged in infrastructure finance and macroeconomic study in emerging markets.
Daisuke holds a MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo.

Yuji Yashiro joined Integral Corporation in February 2018.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked for GCA Corporation from 2011. He was engaged in M&A advisory service in various sectors such as industrial, construction and consumer, and involved in many cross border deals.
In 2015, he was stationed in Mumbai, India supporting new investments and business expansion for Japanese corporations.
He holds a B.A in Economics from Kyoto University.
