Hideyuki Sato joined Integral Corporation in September 2025. Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he worked as in-house counsel at MUFG Bank from 2012 where he specialized in advising on laws & regulations relevant to banks and securities firms, and dealing with compliance issues and M&A transactions.
He holds a BA in Economics from Waseda University, a J.D. from Chuo Law School, and an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He is admitted practice law in Japan and New York State.
